The Cooperative That Changed Everything

We went from losing the narrative on our own cooperative's performance to having real-time visibility on 50 member farms — and we made more money in one season than the previous two combined.

In 2022, David managed a cooperative of 52 smallholder maize and bean farmers in Siaya County. The cooperative had been farming together for 11 years, but coordination was chaos. Yield records were kept in notebooks. Market sales happened whenever a broker showed up — usually dictating price. Input procurement meant every farmer sourcing individually, paying retail prices.

David signed up for AgriDoer in March 2023.
